Heating May to September is by a woodburner and electric heater.  October 1st to April 30th is by oil central heating.

The rental includes heating, electric and bed linen but please bring your own towels.

Regretfully no pets and no smoking in the house.

The owners have recently converted a church and live opposite.  They are both born and bred in the County and will be on hand if required to give help and local advice - eg places of interest, eating places and hidden Cornwall.

A welcome pack awaits your arrival.

Out of season winter breaks available.  Come storm watching, walking and enjoy empty beaches and the coastal paths.  Quiet pubs and cafes.  Spend cosy evenings in front of the woodburner.
